Return Policy for U.S. and Canadian Customers: We offer a 30-day return policy. Our commitment to your satisfaction is OMEGA’s priority. Please fill out our Contact Form for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number before sending the product back. The customer is responsible for the non-refundable pre-paid shipping back to Omega. Credit for return will be refunded in the same manner as the original payment.
Omega is not responsible for items returned without authorization. Product returned without an RMA or returned to its Distributors and/or Dealers under the auspices of warranty, freight damage or other issues and with the expectation of receiving a credit, replacement, and/or payment for the same without prior review and authorization from OMEGA, The Legacy Companies or Greenfield WorldTrade is strictly prohibited and will become the sole responsibility of the party authorizing the action.
